Specialist in fine turning work
You can go to Olpa Hank for fine turning work. We have a modern and extensive range of machinery with which we can meet all customisation requirements. For example, we have machines for CNC turning. Our turning department is designed for a maximum diameter of Ø65. We are also the right place for extended length turning work.
Precision turning
Turning that is accurate to the micromillimeter? We don’t turn our backs on that either. Our extensive and modern range of machinery is fully equipped to carry out precision turning work with very close tolerances. But it is not only the machines that ensure a high-quality end product. Our years of experience and knowledge also contribute to an optimal end result.
Turning of metal and plastic
We create our turnings from metal and plastic. We use high-quality materials for processing these metals and plastics. Naturally, we manufacture turnings from metals such as aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper and steel. Turning operations with hastelloy, monel, inconel and titanium are also a routine activity for Olpa Hank, for which we have specialised machines.
In addition to metal, we process all common plastics such as POM, PTFE (Teflon), Plexiglass, PVC, nylon, PES and PEEK.
Outsource turning work
Anyone who outsources turning work to Olpa Hank can count on a high-quality end product that also includes all necessary post-processing. Numerous production runs are possible. Outsourcing turning work is possible in relatively small quantities of 250 pieces. But we also work on mass turning work in series exceeding 100,000.
